It all started when Sneha Suchde returned from a work trip to Singapore and found herself craving the soft-baked, double chocolate chunk brownie cookies she discovered there. When Mumbai provided no similar salvation, she decided to take matters into her own oven. Quitting her job as an architect, she was freed to tweak and perfect dozens of recipes and formed CIMR after having done a formal course at Sophia Polytechnic and an internship at the Taj Lands End. Shantel D’souza always helped her mother bake and got really interested in her first year of junior college.
